EDI — electrodeionization

Production of demineralized water without chemical reagents.

Reverse osmosis

Before selecting the equipment we account for salinity, hardness, turbidity, iron, manganese, organics, chlorine and other impurities. When required, mechanical pre-filters, carbon filters, softeners, antiscalant dosing and iron-removal systems are installed upstream of the RO unit.

Base RO system

to reduce salinity and produce process water.

RO with a storage tank

for sites with uneven water consumption.

RO as part of a complete station

together with UF, dosing, UV disinfection or EDI.

Cost drivers

The cost of a reverse-osmosis system depends on its capacity, the feed-water composition and the required permeate quality. The higher the treated-water volume and the more complex the feed-water chemistry, the more substantial the pre-treatment required ahead of the membranes.

Capacity

0.25–50 m³/h
